As a developer I come across a lot of technical problem's (like every developer). Sometimes because of the lack of correct documentation, sometimes because of bugs.
When I'm searching for a solution I notice a lot of people suffer the same problem. To prevent having to search for the same solution again after a long time, and to help other people find the solution that I have found, I decided to start this weblog.

VS2003: "unable to read the project file" "the system cannot find the file specified"
The web project would not be loaded, only be displayed as "unavailable".
